Add as little as 1 drop or up to 10% of @Pure Pigments to the final oxidative color mass, i.e. 40ml lotion + 40ml color = 80ml UP TO 8ml (10%) of the @PURE PIGMENTS may be added. @Pure Pigments can be added to Topchic, Nectaya, and Colorance.
