Warranty Registration
The Warranty covering electrical hair tools MUST be registered on www.ariabeauty.com within 30 days of purchase.
You MUST retain your receipt to be eligible for warranty. We require digital images of the styling tool as well as a copy of your original receipt. In cases involving replacements, payment will be required to cover the shipping and handling costs (price dependent on your location). hair styling tools (please refer to paperwork or website product information).
The warranty is only valid for styling tools purchased from an authorized Aria Beauty retailer.
If your product is not working properly because of a manufacturer’s defect and the warranty terms and conditions are met, your Relaxus Beauty styling tool will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.
This warranty does not apply to problems which are the result of misuse, damage, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not apply to styling tools that have been tampered with, altered or repaired by an unauthorized Aria Beauty agent or the manufacturer.
